  • Lead DevOps Practices: Own and optimize the team’s CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and automated deployment strategies across both cloud and CRM environments.
  • Integrations: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable RESTful integrations between our internal web applications, the CRM platform, and external third-party APIs.
  • Development Efficiency: Actively utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development velocity, improve documentation, and increase unit test coverage.
  • Process Automation: Triage technical support requests, resolve system defects, and continuously identify opportunities to automate manual engineering processes.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in professional full-stack software engineering, with a strong emphasis on TypeScript and Node.js.
  • DevOps Leadership: Proven experience managing code repositories, defining branching strategies, and building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Gearset, or Copado.

  • API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful API design, data serialization, and secure integration patterns.
  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Daily usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to maximize coding efficiency and code quality.
  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working within a structured Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, and contributing to code reviews.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
