You are the operational backbone that enables our expert teams to deliver exceptional results! Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate and support Deque's deep bench of experts in:

  • Coaching

Qualifications

Required

  1. Bachelor's degree 
  2. At least three (3) years of experience in technical project operations or project coordination roles
  3. At least two (2) years of experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  4. Experience maintaining project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications
  5. Familiarity with current digital project management tools, task tracking systems, and reporting platforms
  6. Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Skills we are looking for include:

  1. Execution Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with ability to set up projects, update project details, coordinate resource onboarding, and maintain project information including scoping documents and timelines
  2. System Mastery: Proficiency in maintaining project management tools (Mavenlink or similar), ensuring data integrity, and connecting systems with human processes for optimal efficiency
  3. Project Management: Strong skills in managing triple constraints (scope, time, cost), conducting retrospectives, escalating potential overages proactively, and implementing effective remedial actions
  4. Communication and Coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing status reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to triage delivery blockers, identify patterns in delays, and develop standardized operating procedures for repeatable delivery flows
  6. Process Improvement: Skills in documenting operating playbooks, refining SOPs, and proposing process improvements based on project learnings and delivery patterns
