As we expand our reach in the APAC region, we are seeking a dynamic Outbound BDR – APAC to drive new business opportunities across key sectors.

Role Overview:

As an Outbound BDR – APAC at Deque, you will be responsible for identifying strategic accounts, conducting outbound prospecting, and generating high-quality leads across the APAC region. Your primary goal will be to deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and book discovery meetings that contribute to pipeline growth.

This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker who excels at market research, account-based outreach, and lead nurturing. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute regional go-to-market plans and surface opportunities across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Identification: Research and map target accounts across APAC to build a strong outbound pipeline aligned with Deque’s ideal customer profile.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Source, qualify, and engage leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns to drive top-of-funnel activity.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects through discovery to ensure alignment with Deque’s solutions and priorities.
  • Meeting Generation: Book high-quality meetings for the sales team with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support regional campaigns and refine messaging.
    Market Research: Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity in the APAC region to inform targeting and positioning.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Performance Goals: Meet and exceed KPIs related to SQL generation, outreach volume, and conversion rates.
     

Preferred Tools & Skills:

  • CRM: Salesforce proficiency for lead tracking and pipeline visibility.
  • Outreach Automation: Experience with Outreach or similar platforms for structured outbound programs.
  • LinkedIn Premium: Skilled at using LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and personalized engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in B2B outbound lead generation, preferably within SaaS or digital services in the APAC/MENA region.
  • Success Track: Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and SQL generation across enterprise accounts.
  • Regional Insight: Familiarity with APAC markets, including business cultures, buying cycles, and accessibility-related regulations.
