Position Overview:


We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Services Operations Team. The role of a Delivery Manager is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client expectations, and aligning the team's efforts with organizational goals. Below are the key responsibilities typically associated with this role:

1. Delivery Management

  • Project Planning: Define project timelines, and resources.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely completion.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring Progress: Track projects and ensure deliverables align with the schedule and quality standards.

2. Stakeholder Communication

  • Team Coordination: Communicate project goals, expectations, and updates to the team effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and any other teams.

3. Team Leadership

  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks based on team members' skills and project requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess team performance, provide feedback, and identify training or support needs.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve team conflicts or obstacles to maintain productivity.

4. Process Improvement

  • Process Adoption: Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to enhance delivery efficiency.
    • Assessment and QA perspectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze past project performance to identify improvement areas and implement changes for better results.
  • Value Delivery: Focus on delivering tangible value to clients and stakeholders.

5. Budget and Resource Management

  • Cost Management: Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget.
  • Resource Optimization: Balance resources across multiple projects to avoid bottlenecks or over-allocation.

6. Change Management

  • Adaptability: Manage changes in project scope, timelines, or resources effectively.
  • Communication: Ensure stakeholders are informed about changes and their implications.

Essential Skills:

  • Leadership: Ability to guide and inspire teams.
  • Problem-solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the technical aspects of the project domain.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Delivery manager
  • Minimum of 3 years exposure to Accessibility
  • Master’s degree
  • Location: Hyderabad, India (2-3 times a week at office)
